Direct Drive Technique – Smoker example

First message/suggestion is always ” Every Breath You Take Takes You Deeper and Deeper Relaxed”

The first message is compounded by every other message laid on top

Use a recording for the compounding for example record: I am a non- smoker and will remain a non- smoker for the rest of my life

and loop it

3 You are now a confident self assured person and we are going – or – we are now going to saturate your body mind and spirit with this direct drive technique so you are a non-smoker – for the rest of your life – now I want you to repeat what I say – shout out what I say – silenetly in you mind – ready – repeat
2 The second suggestion says they have already accomplished what they are there for eg: You are a non smoker and so happy about it
1 Every breath you take – takes you deeper and deeper relaxed

 

 

15 times to compound – use an audio device – cd mp3 etc. to help you maintain the energy.

Then ask the client to YELL the key phrase – silently in their head – 15 times.

‘I am a non-smoker and will remain a non-smoker for the rest of my life’ – as an example.

Leave the room.

Then come back and read the non-smoking script – see patter scripts in handout section.

With patter – transformational script to compound – write out the key sentence of each paragraph on a separate piece of paper.

Read the whole script through once.

Then read each sentence you have written out – that are thee key sentences – cross out every third.

Then read again – crossing out again.

Continue till all crossed out.

Then summation – you have made a final decision – to take back control a part of your life that was out of your control .

Re-emerge and then give them post hypnotic suggestions once again.
