Wonderful just get totally comfortable now and take a couple of deep breaths….that’s right…..
Now focus on your eyelids and let them go totally limp, loose and relaxed. That’s it… when YOU are sure they are… perfectly relaxed and… won’t open….. try to open them. … they ‘re closed and allow them to stay that way, and your mind is taking you deeper and deeper….feels so good. The better you feel the deeper you go….the deeper the better you feel..pause… Allow that feeling in your eye lids, and let your mind spread that level of relaxation from the top of your head to the tips of your toes, allowing every muscle and fiber to fully relax. Thaaaat’s right.
Let’s go a little deeper now… on the count of three I am going to ask to open your eyes then let them close again …and your mind will take you twice as deep each time.
Here we go 1…2…3….open your eyes an close them once again.1…2…3 open and close…1…2…3 open and close. You may notice how relaxed your body already feels and as you take notice you deepen and relax even more. The more relaxed you feel the deeper your mind takes you…and the more relaxed you become…..the deeper you continue to go… and continue to drift ever deeper with each breath.
Wonderful I will now show you how to allow your mind to relax and become very clear and aware. When I tell you begin count backwards, slowly,.. from 100 in your mind… and between each number your mind doubles the state of hypnosis….After just a few numbers allow them to disappear…Start counting backwards from 100 for me please….PAUSE….alright ….do not be concerned if the numbers all haven’t drifted away as I start to speak … they will disappear easily as we continue… Wonderful and you mind continues to go much deeper with each breath.
That’s it…. I’d like you now to imagine laying down in your favorite place outside…Imagine looking up at the sky and notice the clouds have spelled out your name ….and just like clouds will… they change shape and your name is no longer there…. As that happens and I am quiet once again you drift ever deeper….deeper and deeper with each gentle breath.
I will now count from 3 down to 1 . . . as we get to 1, just allow your mind to double your level of relaxation again as each number is said… Don’t be concerned if you don’t feel like you’ve gotten to the next level of relaxation before the next number is said. Your mind will catch up on its own . . . at its own pace. Just keep going deeper. Here we go . . .3…2…1… This is the PEACE level. This is PEACE. Whenever you hear the word PEACE and it is safe and appropriate, you will go right back to this level of PEACE. Whenever you hear this music begin playing and it is safe and appropriate, you will start to relaxing to go to PEACE. This is PEACE. Peace… Peace… Peace

We can now go even deeper . . . .
You are now going to go deeper than ever before .I am going to count from 3down to 1 again… Follow the numbers . . . until you have tripled your level of relaxation from the PEACE level . . . , the deeper you go, the better you feel and the better you feel, the deeper you go . . .
3 – deeper relaxed, going deeper and deeper . . . .
2 – deeper and deeper you drift down . . . going ever deeper and deeper
1 – tripling your level of relaxation – feeling so relaxed and letting go, drifting down, letting go . . . . . sooo gooood . . . That’s right, deeper and deeper you go . . .
You now realize you can go even deeper and it feels sooooo good to go deeper and deeper. You allow your mind to take you even deeper. This time you are going Five times deeper . . . Here we go . . . . . . just allow your mind to let go and go deeper . . .
3 – deeper relaxed, going deeper and deeper – five times deeper than before . . .
2 – deeper and deeper you go . . . five times deeper than before . . .5 times…5 times…5 times.
1 – Five times deeper than your previous level of relaxation – feeling so relaxed, the mind allowing you to continue to let go with each breath and each word spoken . . . taking you ever deeper . . . letting go . . . letting go . . . letting go . . .
It is now apparent to you that the deeper you go, the better you feel and the better you feel, the deeper you go, only this time your mind will take you 10 times deeper . . . Here we go . . . 10 times deeper as I count down from 10 . . .
10 – deeper relaxed, going deeper and deeper, going 10 times deeper than before . . . that=s right .
9 – deeper and deeper you go . . . drifting downward, sooooo relaxed . . .
8 – going deeper down the levels of relaxation – feeling so relaxed and just letting goooo . . .
7 – deeply relaxed . . . going deeper and deeper . . . deeper and deeper
6 – now you can let yourself go completely and go even deeper . . . that=s right . . .
5 – completely loose and limp, going ever deeper – feeling so relaxed and letting go . . .
4 – letting everything go now, feeling so loose and limp going ever deeper, deeper and deeper
3 – drifting down deeper and deeper as you drift down so easily and so peacefully . . .
2 – letting go completely now – feeling so relaxed and letting go . . . good . . .
1 – all the way down, all the way down to 10 times deeper than you were before . . . 10 times deeper…10 times deeper ….10 times deeper
You will find . . . even if you choose to try . . . to move a muscle – any muscle . . . you’ll notice your mind allows no movement . . . you’re so relaxed . . . you just want to remain quiet and still . . . and relax more deeply with each breath. In fact, you notice you just don’t want to move anything any longer . . . as you go deeper and deeper . . . all you want to do is relax . . . and listen . . . and relax even more as you go deeper.
This is DEEP. Whenever you hear the word DEEP in the future and it is safe and appropriate, you will go right back to this level of DEEP. Deep… Deep,..Deep.
At this deep level, your conscious mind has eased completely into the background to allow the powerful part of your mind to come forward to do the work for you. You may notice, as some do, that the conscious mind may chatter or interject a thought from time to time. Just choose to ignore it and only listen to the voice and allow that deeper part of your mind that knows all and has access to every part of you – to do what needs to be done. You now know this is going to work for you . . .
You may notice . . . as things start to happen within you . . . and those parts that need it most are attended to by your higher mind, you feel a growing sense of excitement and exhilaration . . . as each negative aspect is resolved. That sense of exhilaration builds as each issue is resolved until, by the end of the process, you are feeling excited, exhilarated, satisfied and very grateful – knowing the healing is complete and you are better.
The more you allow yourself to fully feel your feelings within, the more gratitude will arise within you as you go through this process. The more elation and gratitude you feel, the better the process will work and the more parts will be resolved within you. Feel your positive emotions as fully as you can as the work is being done within you . . .
Your conscious mind may observe and may even quietly comment at times, but you pay no attention to it and only listen to my voice and the deepest part of your own mind from now on . .
This process is not about exerting any effort on your part or about trying to do anything. It is about knowing it will work for you and allowing that part of you that knows all – to do what is best for you – scanning and healing – which it does naturally . . . and powerfully . . .
