  • Obtain somnambulism 
  • Set up ideomotor responses for
  1. Yes
  2. No

 

  • Ask the subconscious mind if it is willing to be regressed for whatever reason client is in for
  • If “YES” continue.
  • If “NO”
  1. Bargain with it—-e.g. use a movie screen etc.
  2. If needed tell the subconscious it can create amnesia for anything it thinks the client is not ready to remember.
  3. If still “NO” go no further as the subconscious mind will no longer trust you!

 

  • NOTE- IF REGRESSION WILL BE DONE NEXT SESSION MAKE SURE YOU ASK THE INNER MIND IF IT WILL PREPARE CLIENT AT THE SUBCONSCIOUS LEVEL TO DEAL WITH THE LIFETIME RESPONSIBLE FOR SYMTOM BEFORE YOUR NEXT MEETING—GET “YES” RESPONSE!
  • Do regression—EDITH FIORE TECHNIQUE (or your own style)
  1. Count 1-10 slowly suggesting client go back in time and space through a time tunnel—AND on the count of 10 you will find yourself in another time and place and in another body, but it will be you. the impressions or images will be very clear and vivid! Or use regular Affect Bridge Technique.
  2. May initially take some prodding.
  3. Suggest they’ll be able to speak in today’s English if you ask them.
  • Some examples of questions to ask before regression.
  1. Subconscious can indicate if your headaches are caused by an event in the past?
  2. Did the event or events take place in this lifetime? If answer is “NO” ask Did it take place in a past life?
  • REGRESS CLIENT
  • Ask them to go back to a pleasant or neutral time in the lifetime that can be explored.
  • Ask pertinent non leading questions
  1. Where are you?
  2. Are you inside or outside?
  3. What are you wearing?
  4. What color is your hair? or Skin?
  5. Are you male or Female?
  6. What is your name?
  7. What year is it?
  8. Continue to explore. Go to time that causes or affects the issue ( You can move ahead or back in time at any time .)
  • Note anytime they have difficulty answering use clearing techniques—-
  1. Concentrate on your breathing and as I count it becomes clear to you on the count of 3. 1 2 3 –what comes to mind?
  2. Now I’m going to count to 3 and on the count of three the date will occur to you.1…2…3…. What comes to mind?
  • Move them to the next significant event—-
  1. All right —now I’d like you to move ahead to the next significant event. Your inner mind will select the event we need to look at. 1…2….3….4…5. What are you aware of?
  2. Continue Questioning till all information that you need is known.
  3. Do therapy with whatever the issue may be—Using all the same things you do with regular regression work.
